Vigan City is one of the most historic cities in the Philippines, well-known for its cobblestone streets along the Heritage, and for rich stories of Spanish colonialism. I’m a big fan of the city. Maybe because it is the closest city, about an hour or so from where I grew up (Abra). So whenever I’m back home, I make sure that I would set a time to visit the city.

My sister had a business seminar held in Vigan, and so I accompanied her. It was a quick visit. This time I only had the chance to walk around the Heritage.

First 3 things that come to my mind when I think of Vigan: Empanada, Bagnet, and Kalesa. 🙂

Empanada

Bagnet

I wanted these little sculptures. why? I really don’t know. haha
