MIGHTY YOSEMITE

Travel

After our short serendipitous Seattle trip, we headed to SanFo and met up with our friend Harriet, who joined us in our Yosemite adventure. I’ve always wanted to visit this wonderland, and I enjoyed every second I was there. Heck, I could live there, and I don’t even like the cold, that much. Without further due, here goes my Yosemite photoflood 🙂Lodging in Yosemite, if you’re not planning on camping,…

Travel

#GOALS A quick tour at Yale University. I would really love to get in to their graduate school. Like, ahm, I would do anything to matriculate there. Haha!

What I wore: Denim Varsity Jacket, Dolphin-printed shirt, and Black Skinny Jeans all from Zara, Sunnies from Rayban, and Backpack is from Coach.  SUBWAY RIDE. Coming from Texas where public transportation is almost non existent, subway transportation and herd of commuters are something I look forward to when traveling to these big cities. EAST COAST INVASION

Style, Travel

This blog has been abandoned way too much, and has been on HIATUS way too many times, but I’m back, and will try to be more consistent this time. Something I’m not too good at. Haha. CHICAGO 2015: DAY 3

Travel

So this is why I was glad I was able to experience both worlds of Chicago. After a sunny day yesterday, we woke up with a, per news, 12 in snow storm. Absolutely beautiful!!! I’ve always wondered what snow tastes like. Finally off my shallow bucket list. Haha. #dontjudge I actually rented a car during this trip since I’m really inpatient when it comes to public transportation, especially when I’m…

CHICAGO 2015: DAY 2

Travel

The famous “Bean” or Cloud Gate located steps away from the Millennium Plaza. We actually just walked from our hotel to get here. First, because public transportation and I really don’t work well together. Second, I probably needed some walking for that day anyways. And third, because parking downtown is worth a gold. It was then that I got introduced to the Uber app, then it was a totally different story….

CHICAGO 2015: DAY 1

Lifestyle, Travel

A somewhat spontaneous weekend escapade in the “windy city”, Chicago. We stayed at this lovely hotel right at the heart of Downtown, Chicago. Dana Hotel & Spa is probably one of the “average” priced hotels downtown. It features quite a number of amenities such as spa, hence the name, as well as a club/bar located in its rooftop, overlooking the skyscrapers and lights of the city. Our room with an open bathroom…
